About Event

The Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship(CIIE), BITS Pilani is bringing a unique Women 4 Women Conclave, being held in BITS Pilani. It is a celebration of successful women from various fields, with an aim to inspire and educate 1500 participants including 100+ women from rural regions. It is being held for two days, March 28th and 29th.

We are immensely proud to bring forth the first edition of Women 4 Women this year, spanning across two days with influential talks, high profile panel discussions, and beneficial workshops. This a platform to learn and be inspired by eminent personalities for everyone. The conclave is an exemplary way to promote women empowerment and inspire and encourage people to push past boundaries. In present times such events are very influential and significant in changing people’s thinking.

The event is planned for two days
Day 1: 6 Inspiring talks and 2 panel discussions along with exhibition of women on campus talent (free) and flea market for startups and companies (paid stalls)
Day 2: Free workshop on skill training for 50 rural women in partnership with NIRMAAN and NSS
And the plan for this annual event is to have
1. Successful Women speakers and panel discussions on topic relevant to women
2. Skill development for rural women
3. Competitions for students on a theme related to women
