As the IEEE Student Branch is conducting our flagship event AVANZARE V19.0 on July 17 & 18, 2026, we want to ensure all our outstation participants have a comfortable, safe, and hassle-free stay.

🕒 Accommodation Details & Guidelines:
Availability: Lodging will be accessible for the evening of July 16, 2026.

Allocation: Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.

Essentials to Carry: Participants are requested to bring their valid institutional ID card, personal toiletries, and any specific personal needs.

Policy: All residents must adhere to the campus code of conduct and maintain discipline throughout their stay.

⚠️ Note: Accommodation registration is mandatory for those requiring a stay. Separate arrangements for male and female participants. Limited slots are available, so kindly fill it as much as possible.
