The National Level Conference on Smart Food Technologies, organized by the Department of Food Technology, SNS College of Technology, aims to bring together researchers, academicians, students, and industry professionals to explore cutting-edge innovations in food technology.

With a festival of ideas, this conference will provide a platform for discussing advancements in AI & IoT in food production, robotics in food processing, 3D food printing, smart packaging, and sustainable food technologies. Participants will have the opportunity to present their research, engage with experts, and contribute to the future of smart food solutions.

Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and the top three research papers will be awarded Cash prizes.
