Step into the shoes of an investigative genius in our Mock-CID event – a thrilling experience for all aspiring detectives! Join us in uncovering the real culprit as each group races through the rounds. The fastest to complete will qualify for the final challenge – solving a Murder Mystery. Teams displaying exceptional sleuthing skills in the shortest time will emerge victorious in this captivating Mock-CID adventure!

EVENT INTRODUCTION
● It is a replica of CID, a fascinating event for all investigative generals out there. Join us and help to find the real culprit.
● Each group will go through the Round 1, and whoever completes the round first will be qualified for Round 2 in which they have to solve a
Murder Mystery. Teams who complete in the shortest time will be winning the Mock-CID.

ELIGIBILITY
● Open to all students (College/University) from any Background with valid student ID cards.

TEAM FORMATION
1) It is not mandatory for all the team members to register in the registration form, team members must sign up themselves in the link and team leads must register on behalf of the team.
2) Registration for any competition can only be done on the official BIT V-PRAYUKTI’24 website only.

STAGES INVOLVED:
This event consists of two rounds - Preliminary Qualifying Round & Final round.

ROUND 1- Preliminary Qualifying Round
In this round, each team must use the provided hints to find the story/ mystery of a specific scenario.
The teams will be qualified to the next round based on their time consumption.

ROUND 2 - Final round
For the final round- The team who solves the murder mystery first among all , will be considered as the winner

GENERAL RULES:
● Usage of mobile phones is not allowed while participating in the competition
● The time measured by the organizers will be final.
● Seeking help from others is not allowed.
● In case of any disputes/discrepancies, the organizers decision will be final.
