About Event

There have been people willing to predict the future of technology ever since the first technologies were developed. Hackathons are where our crazy ideas become reality. Here we come up with a hack to ascertain the intellect of individuals. We combine magic and science to create illusions. We work with technology like IoT and integrate them in our magic. Get ready to witness machine intelligence and Internet of
Things in working out real time concerns with a feasible approach.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all UG,PG or Diploma students with adequate knowledge on IOT.

TEAM FORMATION
Construct a team of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 members. Students from any institution (College/ University) may form a team.
Team leaders must register their teams exclusively through the official BIT V-PRAYUKTI’24 website.
It is not mandatory for all the team members to register in the registration form, team members must sign up themselves via the link and team leads must register on behalf of the team.
Teams will be shortlisted based on uniqueness, technical norms, creativity, and judging criteria. Further, the schedule will be shared with the lead.
Team details must be confirmed prior to the Stage-I shortlisting process, no further changes in the team details are encouraged.

STAGES INVOLVED
STAGE 1
Teams will have the option to choose any of the provided problem statements and submit their solutions in the specified format provided before the deadline.
The Submission PPT format for Round 1 :
All the participants are requested to submit their ideas as a presentation which includes abstract, methodology, design, and components list as per the given template well before the deadline.

STAGE 2
After receiving the stage-I shortlisted result, the team should submit an explanation video about your idea.
The video should describe your solutions elaborately with a duration of 5 to 7 minutes.
The video should contain your proposed solution, the technology that will be used, the uniqueness of your idea, and how it is useful as compared to the existing product available in the market.
Based on Novelty, originality, and creativity which includes the judging criteria, the top teams will be shortlisted and receive an invitation for the next round from our team through a registered email ID that will be shared in due course of time.
The deadline for stage 2 is 20th March 2024.
The teams that receive stage-II shortlist mail must make a payment of 500 as a registration fee before 23rd.

STAGE 3
The shortlisted teams from stage-II should attend stage-III at offline mode in Bannari Amman Institute of Technology.
Participants are required to bring the necessary components along with them. Stage-III consists of a 24-hour Hackathon on 26th March 2024.
Participants are provided with PCB softwares, soldering stations, and power supply provisions during the course of the hackathon if needed.
Participants should bring their own laptops, or you can use the systems in the allotted venue (1 system per team will be provided.) Internet access is provided throughout the event.
During the event, there will be a surprise audit by the expert jury panel. At the end of the 24 Hrs, evaluation will be done by the Industrial person.

GENERAL RULES
The participants should arrange the components by themselves only, no components will be provided. (Basics components/tools such as resistors,
capacitors, wires, and screw drivers might be provided based on the availability) The decision taken by the Juries/Judges is considered as final.
