About Event

THEME:
Emerging Technologies in Engineering and Medicine.

ELIGIBILITY:
All UG, PG and DIPLOMA students as well as FACULTY’S can participate.

TEAM FORMATION:
Team size 1 - 4 member(s) (Any institution / group of students / professors may form a
team / individual participation is allowed)

STAGES INVOLVED:
STAGE 1
● Participants are requested to submit their abstract as specified in the attached format
before the deadline.
● One should pay the registration fee of Rs.200 per Team in order to complete the
registration process.

STAGE 2
● Teams will be shortlisted based on the uniqueness, technical norms, and creativity, which
includes the judging criteria.
● Once after the verification and shortlisting process is over, a detailed schedule will be
shared from our team in a due course of time.

STAGE 3
● There will be 7 minutes for each team to present their ideas, followed by 3 minutes for
discussion.
● Presentations must be delivered in allotted schedule.

PRESENTATION FORMAT:
The presentation should contain,
1. Title & Team name
2. Team member(s) details
3. Abstract
4. Problem statement
5. Proposed solution
6. Methodology
7. Flow chart
8. Working

10. Conclusion

• Kindly restrict the slides count to maximum 12.
• Prepare PPT with professional template only.

PUBLICATION:

o To avail the ISBN publication, participants are requested to submit the abstract in
specified format and choose ( ISBN publication )
o Abstract will be scrutinized based on certain criteria which includes given format,
plagiarism (< 20%) and novelty.
REWARDS AND CERTIFICATION:
● Best Paper Certificate will be provided for each track.
● Participation certificates will be provided only to the presented teams.

GENERAL RULES:
● The time calculated by the organizers will be final.
● Only a Paper Presentation certificate is guaranteed for the registration fee. (Free
publication for eligible authors in ISBN).
● In case of any disputes/discrepancies, the organizers decision will be final and binding.
