Event Overview
VibeCoding is an AI-assisted coding challenge conducted as part of ZEPHORIA 2K26.
The event focuses on creativity, problem-solving, prompting, security, functionality, user interaction, and prototype quality.
Participants are expected to transform a given problem statement into a working and innovative solution within a limited time.
The event is designed to encourage participants to use AI tools, creative prompting, coding, and rapid prototyping effectively.

Event Workflow

Participants who were already registered for the event in zephoria website will log in using their provided credentials in the vibe coding portal when they enter the event premises
After login, the participant/team can access the event dashboard.
Step 1 – Login
Open the VibeCoding event portal.
Enter the registered username/team credentials.
Successfully log in to access the participant dashboard.
Participants must accept the Terms & Conditions before entering the challenge.
Step 2 – Problem Statement Selection
The platform contains 3 problem statements.
Each team will be randomly assigned one problem statement.
Once a problem statement is selected, the team proceeds with that challenge.
Step 3 – Admin Starts the Event
The event timer is controlled by the admin.
The admin starts the official event timer at 10:30 AM.
Once the admin starts the timer, the same global timer starts for all participating teams.
Participants do not have separate individual timers.
The total working time is 2 hours 30 minutes.
Step 4 – Understand & Plan
Participants analyse their assigned problem statement.
They identify the requirements, expected functionality and possible solution.
Teams can plan their application structure, user flow and technical approach.
They can use AI-assisted tools for development and problem-solving.
Step 5 – AI Prompting & Development
Participants use their chosen AI/coding tools to develop their solution.
Prompt engineering is an important part of the challenge.
Teams can refine their prompts based on the generated output.
The objective is not simply to generate code, but to create a functional and meaningful prototype.
Teams should test and improve their solution during the available time.
Step 6 – Prompt Submission
The prompt submission count is tracked by the platform.
Once the maximum prompt limit is reached, additional prompt submissions are not allowed.
The submitted prompts should represent the prompts used to develop the solution.
Step 7 – Source & GitHub Submission
Participants must submit the required source information/source link.
Teams must provide their GitHub repository link.
The repository should contain the relevant project files/source code.
Participants should ensure that the submitted GitHub link is accessible and correct before the timer expires.
Step 8 – Final Submission
Before the 2 hours 30 minutes are completed, teams must ensure that all required submission fields are completed.

Participants should verify their submission before the deadline.
Step 9 – Automatic Lock
When the global 2 hours 30 minutes are completed, the submission system is locked.
Prompt submission is closed.
Source submission is closed.
GitHub submission is closed.
Participants cannot make further changes after the deadline.
Therefore, teams must complete and verify everything before the timer reaches zero.

Login → Accept Terms & Conditions → View 3 Problem Statements → Randomly Choose ANY ONE → Admin Starts Global Timer → Understand Problem → Prompt & Build → Test & Improve → Submit Prompt/Source/GitHub → Timer Ends → Everything Locks
