About Event

The annual inter-university sports fest, SPORTIKON 4.0, is hosted by Bennett University and is scheduled to take place from February 19th to 22nd, 2026.


Here is a description of the fest:


Scale and Participation: One of India's largest student sports festivals, it expects a footfall of over 28,000. It brings together more than 1,800 athletes from over 100 universities and colleges across 11+ states.



Sporting Disciplines: The event features 20+ sporting disciplines, including football, basketball, cricket, and the newest addition, swimming.



Prize Pool: Competitive excellence is rewarded with a total prize pool exceeding ₹11 Lakh.



Student Engagement: Beyond competitive matches, the fest includes recreational "Engagement Events" such as Comedy Night, Bonfire, Neon DJ Night, Gaming Arcade, and Jamming Sessions.



Venue: The matches are held at Bennett University’s world-class sports complex located in TechZone II, Greater Noida.



Inclusive Eligibility: The invitation is extended to all athletes enrolled in recognized universities and higher educational institutes across the Indian subcontinent.

Accommodation

For participants wishing to stay on campus during SPORTIKON 4.0, the brochure outlines the following accommodation details:


Total Cost: The fee for accommodation is ₹3,000 per player.

Cost Breakdown: This fee is inclusive of the ₹1,100 registration fee and ₹1,900 for the lodging itself.

Inclusions:


Meals: The package includes Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner.


Timeline: On-campus accommodation starts on February 19th.


Transport: Transportation to and from the nearest metro stations (Pari Chowk and Botanical Garden) is provided.


Activity Access: Staying on campus grants access to all Student Engagement Activities, such as the Neon DJ Night and Comedy Night.

Payment & Registration:

The last date to register is February 17th, though slots are limited.
