Innovative Startup Idea Presentation:
Team Formation
✓ Teams can consist of 1 to 3 members.
✓ Each team must designate a Team Leader to serve as the primary contact.
✓ Team composition must remain the same throughout the event; no replacements are allowed.

Event Format & Process
✓ Participants will submit and present your innovations through PPTs/Poster (JPG or JPEG format)/ Product/ Tool Kit.
✓ Evaluation will be based on creativity, feasibility, technical execution, impact, and presentation.

Innovative Ideas Guidelines:
Original Work:
✓ All ideas must be conceptualized and prepared by the team. ✓ Plagiarism or direct copying will result in disqualification.
Resources Allowed:
Publicly available datasets, APIs, frameworks, and research references may be used.
AI Usage:
AI tools may assist in research or idea validation, but ideas must not rely solely on AI-generated content.
Ownership:
The work must belong to the presenting team.

Hardware & Software Requirements
Hardware Projects/Ideas:
✓ Teams must bring all required components.
✓ Organizers will not provide kits/tools.
Software Projects/Ideas:
✓ Participants may use any programming languages, tools, or platforms.
✓ Pre-built templates are not allowed.

General Guidelines
✓ All participants must carry college ID cards for verification.
✓ Misconduct, damage to property, or violation of rules will lead to disqualification.
✓ Use of unwanted substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
