“Mental Health in the Digital Age: Evaluating the Efficacy of AI-Based Counseling Platforms,” aims to bridge the gap between biomedical science and emerging technologies by focusing on AI-driven mental health interventions. With mental health issues becoming a major public health concern in India, the workshop addresses an urgent need to explore scalable, evidence-based, and technology-assisted solutions. By introducing AI tools that are already in use globally, this initiative will help Indian researchers, clinicians, and students understand how such tools can be evaluated, customized, and adopted in local healthcare systems.
