About Event

In December 2015, The UN General Assembly decided to establish “International Day of Women and Girls in Science” celebrated on 11 February to recognize the importance of women and girls in Science. The celebration of this day provides an opportunity to promote gender equality which is one of the 17 goals under the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals of 2030. 33.3% - global average percentage of female researchers and only 35% of all students in STEM-related fields.

Objectives of the Conclave
1. To provide an understanding of various opportunities both in terms of education and career for female students in the field of STEM.

2. To create awareness on how the contribution of women can make a significant impact in addressing global challenges.

3. Developing innovative solutions, contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future.

Events

Call For Abstract Submission
1. Undergraduate (UG) 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year female students pursuing education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM streams).
2. Postgraduate (PG) and PhD female students with innovative ideas who can motivate the juniors towards their travel in STEM-related fields.
3. WOMEN presenters, participants and speakers from around the world, fostering a diverse and international exchange of ideas and experiences.
