• No Stencils or any other gadgets allowed
• Full hands till your elbow are preferred.
Cook Healthy Eat Healthy (Cooking without fire)

• No precooked, chopped or grated materials
• Non electric materials allowed
• Using of Mobiles strictly prohibited
Trash to Treasure (Best out of waste)

• Waste materials should be either used or second-hand products
• No readymade or semi-finished materials allowed.
