About Event

Navigator is a start-up management case competition by Eximius, IIM Bangalore's Entrepreneurship Summit. You will be given a situation-based problem statement where you will be in the driving seat of the start-up as you take it through troubled times.

What are we looking for?

The problem statement will test your decision-making and analytical abilities in the following domains (these are suggestive but not exhaustive):
Fund-raising
Downsizing/Scaling-up
Business model pivots
Marketing & sales
Operational tweaks
Technology enhancements
Mergers & acquisitions

Events

Round 1: Submission Round
The participants need to solve a case and take decisions for the startup according to the given situation. Submit the solutions detailing the methodology, analysis and assumptions justify your decisions. The solutions will be evaluated based on the depth of analysis and feasibility. The case will be accessible post registration and fee payment.

Round 2: Presentation Round
Top 5 teams from Round 1 will present their solutions to a panel of judges. Presentation time will be 10 minutes followed by Q&A for 5 minutes.
