About Event

In order to give due recognition to the inquisitiveness and creativity of students, SFIMAR is organizing ANVESHI - a National Level Paper Presentation Competition on 9th Feb 2018. This endeavour is taken to provide a platform to the potential researchers and scholars to demonstrate and hone their skills.

This is the 11th National level Seminar after the resounding success achieved in previous years. Students from Universities and affiliated Colleges in India would participate to discuss the emerging issues & to explore their thoughts & ideas and thus contribute to the development of the society.
Prizes:-
There will be two prizes.
First Winning Team will receive a cash prize of
and a Certificate of Excellence.
Second Winning Team will receive a cash prize
Rs.3,000 and a Certificate of Excellence.
All other participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Having journeyed through the various industrial revolutions to
the use of electronics and information to automate production,
the world has now reached a digital age with various integrative
and disruptive technologies. These are redefining the way we
do business. The changes are across all industries and
management areas. This is happening at an exponential
speed. The rapidly accelerating growth of the new economy
represents one of the most significant and all-encompassing
VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity)
challenges faced by our present and future generations.
This 11th National Level paper presentation competition
“Anveshi” invites students to innovate ways, means, methods
and processes to keep up enough agility in this fast changing
VUCA world. This will help them to sustain, nurture and
maintain growth and development of businesses, economies
and societies.
The main theme will cover the following sub–themes with a
focus on agi le management pract ices meet ing the
transformational requirements of businesses, such as
Anticipate change, Generate condence, Initiate action,
Liberate thinking and Evaluate results.
