About Event

Vista is the annual business fest of IIM Bangalore and one of India's biggest B-school fests. The fest is held from september 22 to 24 and hosts a cornucopia of events from a wide array of domains with participants from over 350 colleges in India.

The Young Leaders' Summit is a flagship event of Vista. "Not once, not twice, but thrice!” After the resounding success for three years in a row, we bring to you, one of our most awaited events, Young Leaders’ Summit 4.0!

The classroom education strives to prepare the youth for the technical challenges they will face, but it forms only one-half of the equation, the nation demands a lot more from the leaders of tomorrow. This 3-day summit is held from September 22 to September 24 at IIM Bangalore. It is designed to give its participants, a wholesome leadership experience. A chance to seed interaction amongst peers and experienced professionals. The students will get an opportunity to learn from IIM Bangalore’s globally renowned faculty and interact with the leading minds in the industry that have been there and done it. All this, is just the tip of the iceberg, there’s a lot more in store for you!

Rules for Registrations

Any number of individual applicants can apply for the summit, but the final set of delegates will be chosen based on the applications.
Evaluation of applications will be based on the responses to the questions in the registration form subsequent to which the selected delegates will be notified.
The selected delegates will have to take part in YLS sessions/events on all three days in order to get a certificate of successful completion.
For participants, involvement in YLS sessions will be given priority over that in other Vista events, unless specified by the organizers.
Selected delegates can approach the organizers of YLS for a letter to facilitate obtaining permissions.
