Accommodation Rs. : 500 per head includes mess food(Non-refundable) for three days + Rs. 100 caution money(Refundable) On request, accommodation will be provided to the participants. 1. The team should fill in the necessary accommodation request in the registration entry form. 2. Accommodation will be provided from the evening of 24 October 2013 to evening of 27 October 2013. Hence, teams are required to make their travel arrangement accordingly. 3. All accommodation details including the travel details should be confirmed through phone on or before 23 Oct, 2013.
