Join us for an engaging Paper Presentation event designed to provide students with a platform to present innovative research ideas, emerging technologies, technical concepts, and solutions to real-world challenges. Participants will gain an opportunity to demonstrate their research aptitude, analytical thinking, technical knowledge, and effective communication skills before an expert judging panel.

Guidelines:

1. College ID Card is Mandatory :
All participants must carry their valid college ID card and present it at the venue during registration.
2. Originality of Work :
Participants are expected to present original and technically relevant work. Plagiarized or substantially copied content may result in disqualification.
3. Paper and Presentation Submission :
Participants must submit their paper/abstract and presentation materials within the specified submission deadline and follow the prescribed format.
4. Presentation and Q&A :
Participants will be required to present their paper within the allotted time, followed by a technical interaction and question-and-answer session with the judging panel.
5. Evaluation and Recognition :
Presentations will be evaluated based on originality, technical depth, relevance, innovation, methodology, practical applicability, presentation quality, and response to questions.
6. Certificates Will Be Provided to Participants Participants who successfully complete the event will receive participation certificates as per the event guidelines.
