About Event

NIMDHA’26 – Novel Ideas and Methods for Development in Healthcare Applications is a healthcare innovation event organized by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education. The fest provides a platform for students to present innovative healthcare ideas, demonstrate prototypes, receive expert feedback, and pitch practical solutions addressing real-world healthcare challenges. Participants will be evaluated based on novelty, feasibility, technical innovation, practicality, and societal impact, with exciting cash prizes for outstanding ideas.

Idea Presentation & Screening – Online
Present your innovative healthcare idea. Evaluation based on novelty, feasibility, and impact.
Prototype Demonstration – Offline
Demonstrate your working prototype and receive technical assessment and expert feedback.
Final Pitch & Q&A – Offline
Present the refined solution before the jury and answer questions on innovation, practicality, and real-world impact.
