1.Photographic corrosion contest
#Corrosion Around Us
Each participant may submit only one
photograph
The photograph must be original and related
to the theme of corrosion
Basic editing such as brightness, contrast,
cropping, and color correction is allowed.
Heavy manipulation, AI-generated images, or
digitally altered misleading content will not be
accepted.
2.Research Story-telling contest
#Every Research Has a Story—Tell Yours
Each participant will be given 3 minutes
The story should include:
o The problem or challenge
o The research concept / approach
o The significance or impact
o The outcome / future relevance
Participants should aim to explain their work in
a way that a non-specialist audience can
understand.
Participants may use:
PowerPoint slides (optional)
Props / visuals (optional)
Posters / illustrations (optional)
Reading directly from a script is discouraged.
Excessive technical jargon without explanation
should be avoided.
