Theory Sessions include: Introduction to Plant Tissue Culture, Morphogenetic Pathways, Micropropagation of Plants, Virus Indexing and Genetic Fidelity testing, NCS-TCP for Certification of TC Plants.

Practical Sessions include: Organization of PTC lab, Nutrient Stock solution and Media preparation, Meristem culture and Nodal Culture, Micropropagation of banana, Micropropagation of Sugarcane, Callus and cell Suspension culture, Micropropagation of trees (bamboo/Teak), Micropropagation of Ornamental plants
