About Event

Kaltarang is the annual cultural fest of RGIPT. Since its start in 2011, it has been among the biggest Cultural Fests of the region and eventually became the cultural heritage of the Awadh.
Kaltarang consists of over 20 competitions to recognise and appreciate the talent from the different parts of the country. In addition, Kaltarang hosts inspiring talks by some of the country's renowned personalities and performances by distinguished and exceptional artists. The presence of distinguished personalities from across the nation, and visitors from the different institutes, make Kaltarang a subtle blend of energetic youth and prominent traditions

How to reach Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Jais

Well, the nearest airhead to the Institute is Lucknow, around 100 km away from Jais, Amethi. The best way if you are coming from a long distance away is to get here from either Lucknow or Allahabad. You can come either by road or by rail. There are regular buses from Lucknow or Allahabad or Raebareli.Also Jais railway station ,Kashimpur Halt and Raebareli junction are the nearest ones.
