RHYTHM EMBER is an amazing festival which entertains and plays a significant role in shaping the career of students. We at Atharva encourage students to volunteer and organize college fests which display their self-starter attitude, which is highly appreciated by recruiters. Besides that, students also develop essential skills from organizing fests such as planning, teamwork, leadership and multi-tasking which enables them to balance personal and professional lide in future.
