About Event

Authors are requested to submit manuscript of papers based on their original and unpublished research work in the related topics. Authors willing to present papers in the conference are requested to send by an e-mail to icrtsem.kvcet@kveg.in, by mentioning the respective streams (AUTO, ADS BME, BT, CSE, CIVIL, ECE, EEE, MECH, Robotics, MBA, MCA) in the subject line not exceeding 5 printed/ typed pages (IEEE double column Format) on or before the deadline. All the papers will be reviewed by the field experts. The corresponding author of the selected paper will be intimated through e-mail only. Presentation in the conference will be in the form of oral or poster. The accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference with ISBN number. Papers received after the deadline may not be included in the conference proceedings. The paper registered for the conference must be presented by one of the authors in the conference. Certificate of participation /presentation will be issued to the registered delegates /authors attending the conference. Selected papers will be published in journals indexed with SCI. Scopus, Web of Sciences.. Journal publication charges will have to be borne by the author.

The registration fee should be paid through Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favor of "Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology", payable at Chennai or through NEFT transaction to the College Account (Details will be provided on request).
Please fill up the online registration form in the website (www.icrtsem.com) & take the print out and send along with the original DD or Bank Receipt of NEFT transfer to the conference chair. In addition, a scanned copy may be mailed to: icrtsem.kvcet@kveg.in or upload in www.icrtsem.com
