About Event

Eligibility:
Individual Participation.
Team Participation is not allowed.
Participants must be a member at a university.
Participants must be between the age of 18 - 25.

Theme: The New Normal


Rules and Regulations:
Participants will have to share their entries on email with fest@isbf.edu.in
Only single entries are allowed.
Every entry must have a write up (not exceeding 2000 characters)
Every email must mention the participant’s name and registration number with the subject, Xenia Photography Competition
The photograph must be original, creative and without any watermarks.
Both DSLR and Phone photographs are accepted.
Participants may submit colour or black and white photos, either in portrait/landscape mode.
Explicit objects are prohibited to be used as subjects.
Minor edits such as colour correction will be allowed, provided they look natural.
The Photograph should be of minimum 1 MB and a maximum of 5 MB.
All entries must be submitted by 10th February 2021 11:59 PM




Judging Criteria

Images will be judged on originality, concept, composition, overall impact and artistic merit.
Top 15 photographs would be posted on Xenia IG Pages post-screening based on the above-mentioned criteria.
‘Likes’ and ‘Shares’ for the Selected Top 15 photograph uploaded on Xenia IG events will carry 40% weightage.
The rest 60% weightage would be based on aspects mentioned in Point 1
In any case of any issue, the Judge's decision would be final.
Final decisions on winners will be decided by the judges and will be binding.
Winners will be announced on the Xenia Official Instagram and Facebook page at 7 PM 13th February 2021.

Non-cooperation with the Xenia Core Team will result in immediate disqualification.
