The word Statistics is used in day to day life in every field and in every sphere. Due to advancement in information technology, data is available in huge volume. Thus leading us to look out for appropriate statistical tools. The statistical analysis is required for a meaningful interpretation of available data. Statistical analysis for non-statisticians is herculean task. Hence keeping it all in mind this workshop is designed to simplify the process of analysing available data with appropriate statistical tools and software packages SPSS. This workshop aims to provide simple and exhaustive ways of data analysis through interactive and practice sessions along with theory behind. Training sessions are well designed and structured to cover the topics
outlined in the programme. The topics have been so chosen that the intricacy of research methods and data analysis may be understood by even those participants who do not have any initial background of statistics. Sample data set to analyze and trial pack of the software will be provided to the participants for practice and to gain confidence to handle their respective data while conducting researches in their respective subject domains.
