This symposium aims to establish an exchange of knowledge between the academic groups that focus on the fundamental aspects of Vacuum Science and the R&D community who has in wide experience of present and future development in Vacuum Science and its importance. The objective is to focus on the future of Vacuum Science and microelectronics.
