General Rules
* Registration fee Rs. 1250 per college and Rs. 250 refundable.
Only One team per college.
* Participants Should produce Bonafide or ID card from the college and a staff Co-ordinator must Accompany Them.
* Respective team will be responsible for any damage caused to college properties.
* Any kind of vulgarity and a profinity are strictly prohibited.
* Any kind of Non-veg food will not be permitted with in the campus.
* Indulging in any Indisciplinary action by team members may lead to disqualification of the team.

Only one team comprising of 4 members per college.
Topics for these events will be announced on the spot.
All the events will be considered together for qualification.

Photography: Rules
One participant per college.
Theme will be announced on the spot.
Duration: 3 hours.
The participant must bring his/her own DSLR camera or Digital camera.
Before commencement of the event the memory Card/storage device of the Digital camera (used for the event) will be formatted by the event coordinator.
Photograph must be submitted with time of capture in both soft and hard copy and A4 size photo sheet.
Best photographs will be judged on the basis of composition, lighting, focus, perspective and presentation.
Decision of the judges will be final.
Assistant/ assistance to participants will not be permitted.

Skit: Rules
Only one team per college.
Maximum of 8 members per team.
Duration: 8 minutes.
Make-up, drapery and background music are allowed.

Mime: Rules
Only one team per college.
6 members per team.
Duration: 5 minutes.
Usage of religious symbol, properties and explanation of theme in background voice should be avoided.

Variety: Rules
Only one team per college.
8 members per team.
Duration: 7 minutes.
Magic and Mimicry are allowed.
Performance of the individual participant’s talent will be taken into judgement

Short Film Event Cash Prize :

Short Film: Rules
Only one entry per college.
Duration of the short film maximum of 5 minutes on any concept or theme.
The film should be an original contribution of the participants
Short films should be submitted through Google drive and sent the link to this e-mail Id: shishyas@andavancollege.ac.in .
The short film should be submitted on or before 28th January 2019
Short film will be uploaded in our youtube channel, the link will be sent to you for online reviews. The selection will be based on the reviews
Selected Short film will be screened on the day of the event.
Decision of the judges will be final.

GROUP DANCE: (ANY STYLE)

Only one team per college.
Maximum 12 members per team.
Maximum of 3 accompanists are allowed.
Duration: Maximum 8 minutes.
Participants can perform any style of dance.


Corporate Walk Cash Prize

Corporate Walk: Rules

Only one team per college.
Each team should have 6 to 8 members on stage.
Theme selection is open to the team
Time limit for every team would be 10 minutes (Including stage setting)
Participants will get Negative marks, if they exceed time limit.
Should carry their tracks in C.D or Pen drive
Vulgarity is strictly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest.
Use of cigarettes, alcohol and any unfair means is strongly prohibited.
Judgement will be based on costumes, theme, walking stance and attitude.
Decision of the judges will be final.
