About Event

The IIChE SASTRA Student Chapter is conducting its annual conference – Conference on Advance in Process Engineering (CAPE) – 2018 during 23 (Sun) – 24 (Mon) December 2018. This is the sixth edition of CAPE, the first being CAPE-2013.

CAPE is organized by the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE) Student Chapter at the Chemical Engineering Department of SASTRA Deemed to be University, in an annual celebration of the sciences involved in Process Engineering. We invite guest speakers from all over India and use the conference as a platform for the student community to interact with experts from industry and academia, and conduct workshops on tools of relevance and significance to prospective graduates such as Scilab, OpenModelica, DWSIM, and ASPEN, and model display and oral presentation.
