A business plan is the blueprint of your business – it is a document that tell what you plan to do and how you plan to do, what is your starting point and what is a point in future say 3 years from now and the path in between. This workshop deals from what is a business plan to what needs to go in and what are the details that need to be provided and to whom it should be shared, etc.
