The workshop is designed to impart the participants with knowledge of research methods, research process, use of research tools and techniques, journal writing skills to the young researchers.
The specific objectives of the programme are:
 To familiarize participants with basic research methods
 To enhance knowledge base and develop skills of participants for selecting appropriate research technique
 To provide guidelines about project report, dissertation, thesis, manuscript and project proposals writing
 To provide the participants with a broad overview of design of experimental techniques.
