About Event

Atharva College of Engineering organizes various festivals but amongst all other, RHYTHM, the Cultural Fest of the college is the biggest and the grandest celebration in the history of the college. The festival is celebrated in the gigantic campus and the rejuvenating ambiance, graced by the presence of famous celebrity and international models. Every year enormous youth crowd from different colleges of Mumbai turn up to enjoy the festival.
This year in Rhythm, let’s relive our colourful childhood memories, those songs, those movies, different comics and the 64 bit games. Gear up for the 7 days of Rhythm 2017,with the theme as ROOPANTAR -Introducing India 2.0 from 5th to 11th of March, which will take you beyond space and time......!!!!

5th March: MARATHON This year we are starting Rhythm with Marathon from our campus to Goregaon Sports Club and back. Run with your heart and support our cause Women Safety-“Run for her life”. 6th March: PLAYTHEATRO/PROM` Drama teams from across the ever so filmy city of dreams gather here and compete with each other in theatricals dynamics and creativity. Participate in short videos or documentaries or watch others, an entire day filled with dazzling films. The songs shall give you a rhythm, say the words and dance with your love at our Prom Night! 7th March: GLAM-O-RAMA This grand night of Rhythm will be adorned by an array of ramp scorching and sashaying performances by students from across all the degree colleges in and around Mumbai 8th March: BUST A GROOVE/COMEDY NIGHT Gather your crew and indulge in this musical extravaganza we call Bust a Groove. Dance groups from all across Mumbai assemble here and compete for glory. 9th March: SHOW NO MERCY If you and your band have it in you to blow freaking minds with just a pair of shredding guitars, drums and amazing vocal support, then this is right and only time to prove your worth. 10th March: CONCERT Sway to the tunes of famous songs and sing along. Bringing you the concert night where we assure you that the music will uplift you! 11th March: BASSMANIA Dance out your stress in this fun filled last night of Rhythm as we bring you the best DJ in town!
