MEDUT 2K16 is a National level Technical Symposium to be conducted by IEEE-EMBS student branch chapter of PSNACET (geo code: SBC08081F).
This national level symposium is power packed with various activities like Paperonics, KNIIT, Potpourri, Greet Mr.Greek, Run to win and a technical talk which will rejuvenate the mind, rejoice the thoughts, and for sure the participant will able to reinvent themselves. In such case we have included various activities which will fulfill the above mentioned contents.
Events
PAPERONICS (Paper Presentation) deals with technical and innovated ideas. This event is mainly concentrated on improving one’s own technical and communication skill. The paper must be a solution to recent trends.
KNIT (Know it – Poster Presentation) is an event that will make us to know about the unknown facts of certain diseases. It is an event organized mainly to create awareness about diseases that we may not be aware of among the budding engineers.
POTPOURRI is a refreshing event it depends upon how the participant express their thoughts creatively. It is a heavy concoction of fun and games. Potpourri has a little something for everybody as we assure that is event will drown you in oodles of fun at the same time give you some input for your knowledge thirst. It is a mixture of events such as dumb charades and Grand master. Dumb charades is a technical event in which participants has to express their views on actions rather than words. This event will be all about mixture, assortment, collection, selection, assemblage.
GREET Mr. GREEK is such an event which checks the level of knowing about Greek words that forms the basis of medical terminologies.
RUN TO WIN is more like a treasure hunt which checks your physical and medical strength. It is one of many different types of games which can have one or more players who try to find hidden articles locations or places by using a series of rules. As it is a treasure hunt, participants have to make their steps to find the components of a circuit based on the clues. After collecting all the components for circuitry they have to build a circuit on their own. The participants in this event are expected to have the mettle to unlock these complex cryptic clues to unravel the mysterious treasures.
As a part of this symposium, a invited talk will be delivered by a distinguished person about LICHEN in Biomedical application.
