We are happy to announce that the Department of Biotechnology, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam is organizing a National Conference on “Drug Carriers in Medicine and Biology” during 7-8 January 2015. The National conference focuses on cutting edge delivery systems based on polymers, lipids, conjugates, and advanced multicomponent nano engineered systems for different types of cargos (simple drugs, proteins, RNA, cells, anti-cancer agents, growth factors, vaccines, imaging and diagnostic agents), their design, synthesis and evaluation. The conference will provides dynamic, diverse and collegial environment for young investigators, industrial persons, scientists, researchers, faculty members, students etc to expose their work through oral and poster presentations and to exchange their ideas with experts in the field. The National Conference on “Drug Carriers in Medicine & Biology” has great significance in present times since it provides a forum for open discussions amongst experts and young investigators in the field which is absolutely necessary for further advancement in health care. Eminent scientists and professors from reputed institutes, drug research labs and institutes and pharmaceutical companies will deliver lectures. Original Research papers are invited for oral/ poster presentations.
