About Event

PRAGNYA- A NATIONAL LEVEL TECHNICAL SYMPOSIUM” is a prestigious event conducted by Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department of JNTUHCEH. It has been taking place since 9 years and this year is the 10th anniversary. It is one of the most awaited technical fests for electrical engineers throughout the country. This year it is called as “PRAGNYA-2014” and we are very happy and honoured to be back with this event. It was a home for many new and refreshing ideas in the past where students from around 500 colleges throughout the country participated every year. “Scientists study the world as it is; engineers create the world that has never been” As electrical students, we believe that as future engineers we should be able to create a better world than it is now. So we bring this event to you to showcase the talents, innovations, ideas, knowledge and ability of the electrical students to show their interest in the core. It not only shows the technical knowledge of the students but also on their creativity and day-to-day updates in the society. Through this event, the students not only gain knowledge in the technical field but also will be made industry- ready. The events in this “Pragnya- 2014” include technical, fun and management. The technical events like CIRCUITRON, ELECTRICAL GURU, PAPER PRESENTATION, PROJECT PRESENTATION, TECHNICAL TREASURE HUNT, POSTER PRESENTATION, and many more which test the technical knowledge of the participants where the eminent judges select the winners based on their performance. These events are both technical and fun. Apart from these, we also have BUSINESS QUIZ, spot events and many more games.
