Events are: 1.THEORIE- THE PAPER PRESENTATION: Registration fee for ISF members: NIL Registration fee for Non-ISF members: Rs.100 Max. 2 authors per paper, Adhere to IEEE format Last date for paper submission: August 23 Register by sending your paper to aavishkaar13@mepcoeng.ac.in 2.PROXECTO- THE PROJECT PRESENTATION: Two persons per team. Working models. Preferrable if you send a photo of your project to us. Register by sending abstract of project to aavishkaar13@mepcoeng.ac.in 3.ELECTRONIQUE- CIRCUTRIX: Induvidual participation. On spot registration. 4.SAGACIRUS- THE ULTIMATE QUIZ: Two members per team. On spot registration. 5.GERANT- BEST MANAGER: Induvidual participation On spot registration. 6.CIRCUIT TURTAZ- TECH TREASURE HUNT: Induvidual participation. On spot registration. 7.CECHAZ-WORKSHOP ON EMBEDDED SYSTEMS AND ROBOTICS: Online registration at http://www.mepcoeng.ac.in/aavishkaar13/register.html Registration fee payable in form of demand draft. For ISF members: Rs.300 For non ISF members: Rs.400 Demand draft in favour of IETE STUDENTS FORUM payable at Sivakasi. Demand draft should reach before 18.08.13 ISF members Bonafide certificate (or) ISF ID card must. Session will be on 1. Embedded Systems 2. Software tools- Keil, Proteus 3. How to reach Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi

Mepco is located near Mathiasenai at about 15 Km from Virudhunagar on the Virudhunagar-Sivakasi State Highways and is easily accessible owing to the large number of buses plying on this commercial route. The nearest railway stations are Virudhunagar, Tiruthangal and Sivakasi. All south bound trains will stop at Virudhunagar railway junction, while Podhigai Express will also stop at Tiruthangal and Sivakasi railway stations.
