About Event

Femfest Is A Mega Cultural Event Organized By Sathyabama University To Encourage Young Ladies To Explore Their Hidden Talents. Sathyabama University Was Established By Jeppiaar Educational Trust In 1987.It Is A Pioneer Institute In Imparting Knowledge In The Areas Of Science, Technology And Education. Femfest Originated In The Year 2008.It Was An Initiative Brought About By The Girls Of Our University. FEMFEST13 For The Sixth Consecutive Year Is On 15th And 16th February 2013.This Program Is Organized By The Girls To Mark The Exuberance Of Womanhood In The Modern Era. This Year The Focus Is On Empowerment And Sustainable Development Of Women To Accredit Their Influential Authority Through Education.

The Events Organized Includes On-Stage Events Word Power, Hotch-Potch, Brain Grade(Quiz), Twists & Turns(Dance), Color Wheel(Rangoli), DON IT(Talent Show), Jockey's Corner(VJ/RJ) Etc Off-Stage Events Voice Hunt(Solo Singing), In ' Those ' Shoes(Ship-Wreck), Pen It Down(Essay), Adzap, Dare To Screen It(Video), Mozart Chords(Musical Instruments), Debate, Club The Odds, Da Vinci Gene Hunt(Painting), Monoact.
