This is an individual participation event.
The event is open for both UG and PG students from any stream.
There can be any number of participants from the same college.
The event will span over 3 days starting from 18th May to the 21st of May 2022.
The event will be conducted in 3 phases spanning over 3 days. Each phase will have 2-4 rounds. Elimination will be done after each phase.
Participants are expected to have their laptops with a stable internet connectivity.
Participants are expected to be in formal clothing.
Rules will be specific for each round.
It is the responsibility of the participants to clear the doubts before the game commences.
Decisions of the judges will be final.
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules and regulations of the events at any point in time.

The event will consist of 3 rounds where the 2 preliminary rounds will be conducted online.
The Final Auction which is the 3rd round will be conducted offline at School of MAnagement Studies, CUSAT, Kochi.
Teams are expected to have a laptop and stable internet connectivity.
It is the responsibility of the participants to clear the doubts before the game commences.
Teams are expected to maintain decorum throughout the event, and any unsolicited aggressive behavior could lead to disqualification.
In case of discrepancies, the decision of the event organizers will be final.

Fantasy League
Early registrants will get a chance to participate in Fantasy league which will be held from May 12 to 19th.
Teams can join on any day of the Fantasy league.
The event will be conducted on Dream11 Platform.
Registered teams can create their fantasy teams for each of the IPL MATCHES on the above days. The earlier teams join, more chances to score points.
Each registered team will be provided with a unique referral code and points can also be earned when a team’s referral code is used by another team to join.
Leaderboard will be updated daily.
Opportunity to gain points from other exciting contests based on live IPL matches.
Winner of the leaderboard at the end of the league will get a WILD CARD ENTRY to the Final Round and a chance to choose their favorite team for the final auction. The other teams will go into the preliminary rounds of the competition.

The Crossword will revolve around the world of cricket and IPL in general
All teams will be playing the first two rounds.

The questions asked will be about IPL or cricket in general.
There will also be priority questions (questions that get you extra points).
The aggregate of the first two rounds will shortlist teams to proceed to the final round.

Guidelines

This is a single day event, on 20-05-2022 starting at 5:00 PM
A group of minimum 5 members and maximum 20 members can perform on stage.
Time limit allocated for each team is 15 minutes (where 5 minutes can be used for stage preparation, if any, and rest 10 minutes for performance).
Properties are permitted.
Participating teams should register their team with a fee of Rs.1200.
Team members / leader’s ID should be displayed during registration.
Soundtrack must be submitted one hour before the performance.
Dance performance should not convey any indecent gestures.
Marks will be given on theme, creativity, music, stage presence, teamwork, dance variation, synchronization, entertainment value, crowd response and skills.
The decisions of the judges will be final.
Green room would be given for changing purposes.

Photos taken on DSLR/ Mirrorless/ Digital cameras will only be allowed and must be genuine, original work of the participant. And should be taken from in and around the campus on the day of the event.
Theme will be given on the date of the event.
Participants are advised to carry data cable or should ensure that their camera uses standard SD card for easy photo transfer.
Photos will be judged based on Composition, Originality, Creativity, Relevance to the theme.
Editing / Applying filters are not allowed

Match time is 10 minutes with 2 minutes half-time in between.
