BIT-TECHFEST 2021 is a National Level Virtual Technical Event organized by Industrial Automation Lab on celebrating 25th Year of Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam, Tamil Nadu.

Problem statement

To design a autonomous drone (Multicopter) to deliver 500 grams of payload to a location situated at 3 kms away from the take off point. The drone is equipped with a payload bay which delivers payload upon reaching the destination.

Round 1:

CAD Design:
Design multicopter drone for the given specification with IP6 capability with autonomous module (PIXhawk)

Mission Payload:
The payload drop has to be activated automatically. Any method can be used. Eg: Using GPS, Using QR, Using Camera, Arduino, etc.

Round 2:
Online Presentation

Rules:
- A team can have 2-4 members
- One consolidated report of Round 1 & 2 should be submitted on or before 18.09.2021
- The designs should be your own
- Plagiarism of the reports should be less than 70%
- The report should not be above 20 pages
- Teams submitting the report and participating online presentation will be eligible for participation certificate
- Presentation time is 10 minutes (8 min + 2 min)
- No registration Fee
