Shaastra, the annual technical festival of IIT Madras, has come a long way since its inception at the turn of the millennium to become one of the most popular inter-college fests in the country. It is today the largest of its kind in Asia and the only student managed event in the world to be awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification, a reflection of the students
