UDGHOSH, Annual Sports Festival of IIT Kanpur aims to propagate the spirit of sports. It provides arena for student athletes from across the country to lock horns in an epic battle, each determined by the last man standing. It sees hordes of academicians and students transform into raving sports fanatics. Excellent facilities and tough competition ensure that this will be one sports festival that you don't want to miss.
UDGHOSH offers a platform for students from all over India to showcase their talent and compete with the best upcoming sport persons in the country in a highly charged and competitive ambience with highly equipped sports facilities

The festival comprises of a plethora of events from Motivational Talks, Mini Marathon, Gymnastic Shows and Sport Quizzes to various sports events like Athletics, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Carom, Chess, Squash, Kho-Kho, Swimming, Taekwondo, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Tennis, Table Tennis and Weightlifting.
