The AR–VR Bootcamp is a one-day, hands-on workshop designed to introduce participants to the complete XR (Extended Reality) ecosystem, covering Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality. This bootcamp blends theoretical foundations with practical development sessions using Unity, Vuforia, and the XR Interaction Toolkit.

PUBLICATION OF PAPERS:
• Papers are invited on the theme and subthemes of the conference.
• A soft copy of the full-length paper with the abstract (not exceeding 5000 words or 12 pages) should be submitted (Specification: A4 size, MS Word, Times New Roman font with heading in font size 14 and the remaining text of size 12 with spacing 1.5 as a single file).
• The paper should include the title, author’s name, institutional address, corresponding author mail id and mobile number.
• The paper should be based on an original research work that has not been published. The full-length paper should be submitted on or before 08.01.2026
• The papers submitted to seminar would be peer-reviewed and published in Scopus Indexed/web of science depending on the norms of the Journal with an applicable publication fee.
• The seminar registration fee is exclusive of publication charges.

Workshops at Neurobots National Level Hackathon 2026

The Neurobots National Level Hackathon 2026, scheduled on 7th and 8th February 2026 at IIT Roorkee in collaboration with E-SUMMIT IIT Roorkee, features a series of expert-led workshops designed to prepare participants for high-impact innovation.

The workshops will focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Cyber Safety, covering both foundational concepts and real-world applications. These sessions will be conducted by industry experts and practitioners, offering hands-on learning, live demonstrations, and practical insights aligned with current industry trends.

Participants will gain exposure to:

Artificial Intelligence (AI): Core concepts, use cases, and implementation strategies

Generative AI: Building and deploying generative models for real-world problem-solving

Agentic AI: Designing autonomous, goal-driven AI agents and multi-agent systems

Cyber Safety: Secure development practices, digital safety, and risk mitigation

These workshops aim to upskill participants, enhance their technical readiness, and enable them to build innovative, secure, and scalable solutions during the hackathon. The workshop track ensures that every participant gains valuable learning outcomes alongside the competitive hackathon experience at IIT Roorkee.

In Connection with QEISSET 2026 Conference, workshops have been scheduled. The workshop serves as a dynamic multidisciplinary forum that brings together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and innovators to
explore advancements in AR/VR technologies, IoT systems, additive manufacturing, and effective research writing. By integrating emerging trends in intelligent systems, modern electronics, smart solutions, and sustainable engineering, the program
encourages meaningful collaboration and innovative thinking. It aims to equip
participants with practical skills, inspire responsible technological development, and
support impactful contributions to the rapidly evolving digital era.
