Details: The Maharashtra Institute Of Technology, Pune has a formidable reputation, built over years of excellence. Ours is the No 1 Private engineering college in Maharashtra established in the year 1983. Over the years this college has not only nurtured but also encouraged the all round development of its students. A step further in this direction was taken by hosting one of the biggest technical festivals Intechxication 2010 in Pune.
Technology in today’s world is probably the most rapidly changing entity. What is released today could be rendered outdated by tomorrow. To be competent in a such an environment students must be able to bridge the gap between knowledge and productive activity. It is our mission to enable the student community to do just that.
For ten years now, we have helped in unearthing talent from every part of the state through our project exhibitions. Two years back we prepaired X-Biz-IT a unique case study competition that gave students a taste of what they could expect in the corporate world. Last year we had introduced robotics competitions like line tracing and robo wars. Even our other events such as the programming contest and the paper presentation have challenging formats.
Scheduled on the 17th,19th and 20th of March, the stage is set with 15+ cleverly designed events grilling every facet of engineering. This year a bigger event asks for a bigger platform for reaching out to people far and wide, and reinforcing a brand name which is growing fast and establishing a name for itself in the national scenario.
