About Event

AI to Application: Hands-On Workshop on Deep Learning Model Development and Deployment is a one-day technical workshop organized by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science & Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Kongu Engineering College.

The workshop provides participants with practical, hands-on experience in the complete Deep Learning workflow, from dataset preparation and image preprocessing to model training, evaluation, performance improvement, and deployment.

Participants will learn CNN fundamentals, image classification using transfer learning, data augmentation, model evaluation techniques, fine-tuning pretrained models, and deployment using Streamlit. The workshop focuses on building a real-world Deep Learning application and understanding how an AI model can be transformed into a usable application.

The event is designed for engineering and science students, faculty members, researchers, and AI enthusiasts who have basic knowledge of Python and Machine Learning.

Participants will receive learning materials, source code, certificate, lunch, and refreshments.
