About Event

Genomic and transcriptomic research has advanced remarkably during the last decade as a result of revolutionary breakthroughs in genome sequencing of many organisms, deciphering the functional importance of genes that are useful in genome editing. The training program has been designed with an objective to develop trained human resource on various techniques related to NGS analysis,variants calling, and development of high throughput genotyping markers, RNA-seq data assembly and annotation.

The Programme intends to impart hands on training to the participants on next generation sequencing(NGS) data analysis pertaining to whole genome techniques, genome assembly and annotation, molecular marker discovery, comparative genomics transcriptome assembly & annotation.
