Step into the role of a Food Safety Investigation Team and solve a real-world food industry case. Each team will receive a unique case file and investigate the problem through quality testing, packaging inspection, and analysis of factory records. By collecting evidence from different departments, participants must identify the root cause, determine the responsible department, and decide whether the product should be approved or recalled. Success depends on technical knowledge, logical reasoning, teamwork, and decision-making skills. The team that accurately solves the case and provides the best corrective action will be crowned the winner.
