About Event

Terra-Next Startup Summit 2.0 is the flagship innovation and entrepreneurship festival organized by the Department of Computational Technologies (CTech), School of Computing, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, in association with the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Directorate of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (DEI), E-Cell SRMIST, and IITM Pravartak. Scheduled from 7th to 9th September 2026, the summit provides a dynamic platform for students, innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry experts to connect, collaborate, and transform innovative ideas into impactful ventures.

The three-day event features a series of exciting competitions and innovation challenges, including Pravartan, Bharat Build Hackathon, Thalir, FlashSmart, Tharanga Sangamam, and the Pasumai Hackathon. Participants will engage in ideation sessions, hackathons, startup pitching, technical workshops, networking opportunities, and mentorship from industry leaders and startup founders.

Powered by IITM Pravartak and partnered with Startup Singam, the summit aims to foster an entrepreneurial mindset, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote sustainable and technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges. With a prize pool exceeding ₹20,000 per event, Terra-Next Startup Summit 2.0 offers an exceptional opportunity for aspiring innovators to showcase their talent, gain valuable exposure, and become part of a vibrant startup ecosystem.
