About Event

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering, Karur proudly presents MEDHA’26, a 24-Hour National-Level Hackathon designed to ignite innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills among budding engineers. We welcome students from your esteemed institution to participate in the 1st edition of the MEDHA, to be held on February 26 and 27, 2026 with the theme, “Engineering Solutions for Sustainable Development”, challenges participants to create future-ready innovations. A total prize pool of Rs. 65,000 will be distributed. The Best teams with novelty and innovation under each track will be rewarded.

Students currently pursuing B.E., B.Tech., and other UG Courses in Institutions are eligible to participate. 2. Each team must select only ONE track that aligns with their project scope and students are permitted to participate in only one project group. 3. Team Size:  Minimum : 3 members  Maximum : 5 members 4. Inter-college, Intra-college, and Interdisciplinary teams are also encouraged. 5. General / Case Study projects will not be considered. 6. Teams can present their results in the form of working models, posters, 3D models, drawings, computer-generated (simulation) models. 7. Teams may bring their own hardware components, laptops, and accessories. Internet Connectivity and venues will be provided by the organizers. 8. Team members cannot be changed after registration under any circumstances. 9. Participants must carry a valid college ID card during the event.

How to reach M Kumarasamy College of Engineering (Autonomous), Karur

Participants arriving from different locations can reach the college easily via Karur Bus Stand.

From Karur Bus Stand, kindly board Bus Number 1, which operates on the route Karur – Thalavapalam. While boarding the bus, please inform the bus driver or conductor that you wish to get down at MKCE College.

The bus will drop you directly at M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering (MKCE), Karur.

For any assistance, participants may also seek help from the bus conductors or local commuters at the bus stand.
