This hands-on training program is designed to provide participants with comprehensive practical exposure to cancer cell culture techniques. The workshop covers essential laboratory skills including cell subculturing, cell counting, cryopreservation and revival of cells, cytotoxicity assessment using MTT assay, apoptotic staining and analysis, fluorescence microscopy imaging, and propidium iodide staining. The program integrates theoretical concepts with real-time laboratory demonstrations and supervised practice, enabling participants to develop strong technical competence and confidence in performing cell culture–based cancer research experiments.
