The following training programs will be covered:
a. Removal of paint from different surfaces
b. Selection and mixing of paints
c. Base Coating process
d. Application of Primer and Paint

- Safety overalls, masks, and paints supplies will be provided.
- Upon completion of the program, the participant can visit the facility to paint his/her personal vehicle at
minimal charges.

College Students: Rs. 2,500 /- ($ 35)

2. Skill Training Program - Reverse Engineering and CAD Modelling
Duration: 06 days

The following training programs will be covered to enhance technical proficiency:
a. Vehicle Disassembly and Component Analysis
b. Automotive Servicing and Maintenance
c. Body Panel Preparation and Painting Techniques
d. Reverse Engineering and Component Study
e. Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Modelling and Assembly of Vehicle Components
Industry Professionals: Rs. 4,000 /- ($ 50)
College Students: Rs. 2,500 /- ($ 35)

3. Hands-on Workshop - Vehicle Dynamics
Duration: 01 day

The workshop will cover the following topics on Mercedes-Benz E-class:
a. Steering Geometry and Angles
b. Introduction to Tyre Technology
c. Training on Wheel Alignment,
d. Training on Wheel Balancer and Tyre Changer
