as it is not a fest, its a hackathon we have five phases,
Phase 1: Problem Statement Submission*
Participants submit innovative ideas aligned with chosen themes, providing a 1-minute video pitch. Engineering and non-engineering students are encouraged, ensuring diverse challenges are addressed. Top submissions advance to the next phase for evaluation and mentorship.

*Abstract and Video Submission Guidelines:*
Participants follow specific guidelines for abstracts and 1-minute video pitches, covering project titles, identified problems, existing solutions, proposed solutions, technical descriptions, and prototype visuals.

*Phase 2: Evaluation*
A two-phase evaluation includes Academic Expert Assessment (50%) and Industry Expert Evaluation (50%). Criteria encompass creativity, innovation, technical implementation, problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to deadlines.

*Phase 3: Mentorship*
Top 100 participants receive mentorship, engaging in weekly sessions to review project progress. Mentors, drawn from professional and educational fields, contribute ongoing evaluations crucial to the final assessment.

*Phase 4: Progress Review*
Participants present structured progress updates, demonstrating prototypes and adhering to time constraints. A "build and break" session aims to enhance project quality. Mentor-monitored documentation aids in the selection of promising projects.

*Phase 5: Grand Finale*
Finalist teams showcase inventive concepts to a jury and industry professionals. Exceptional teams receive rewards as acknowledgment of their outstanding performance, concluding the hackathon with a celebration of innovation and brilliance.
